Access was still prevented (by ACLs) but instead of the destination net unreachable response, I now get the expected requested timed out and therefore guest users would be unable to ascertain which subnets we operate in corp. When i try to ping it it will return destination host unreachable . ping 192.168.9.50. reply 192.168.0.1 destination host unreachable . it becomes 192.168.0.1 instead of 192.168.9.50.
