Main question. Could I turn my xbox 360 into a PC? it literally just sits collecting dust. I know nothing about building computers, but it would seem that most of the parts needed to be a working computer are already inside the console. I wouldn't mind spending a little extra money to buy some additional parts if this is actually a possibility.

I have a Xbox 360 S (Halo: Reach Limited Edition) and time to time when I turn off the 360, it does not entirely turn off. The power button would light up green and blink slowly. The power supply is also green rather than orange. I have to turn on the 360 again and turn it off a couple of times to get the 360 completely turned off.
