I also encountered this message Can't open file to write as I attempted to edit the config.txt file from within Raspbian. I had just clicked on it and it opened in whatever Raspbian has as the default editor. That editor doesn't run with root privileges and therefore was not allowed to write to the config.txt file.

When I disconnected everything that I had connected to the Arduino UNO, the problem went away. So I'm happy it's working now, and happy that I know what to do to get it to work, but still confused as to why what I did actually worked.

While Android can connect to custom servers in the internet, the PS4 client can't at the moment, but it can see LAN's servers. The topology of my LAN is router with DHCP, PS4, laptop with Win10 (client).
